Early October 2012 Duck Season Opening Day

Just thought that I would share a few photos from this past Sat. Oct. 13, 2012 Opening day of the early week long duck season. There was a lot of shooting for about a half an hour to maybe an hour. We really didn't see that many ducks but were very lucky to have the ones come to us that did. It was four of us in the blind and we really should have probably shot a four man limit but none of us shot very well! We all messed up on a few nice bunches of teal. Oh well, it was nice to be sitting in a duck blind again!!

I didn't see that many ducks during our October split. That's certainly not a bad day by any definition!
